Cake Flavours

The most frequently asked question I get is about the flavours I do, so here's a little description of each.

Victoria Sponge
Vanilla sponge with Vanilla Buttercream and Strawberry jam filling.


Lemon
Lemon sponge with Lemon buttercream and Lemon Curd filling.


Coconut and Raspberry
Coconut sponge with either Vanilla or White Chocolate buttercream and Raspberry jam filling.


Red Velvet
Red Velvet sponge with a Cream Cheese Frosting filling.


Chocolate 
Light Chocolate sponge with either Chocolate Fudge filling or Chocolate Buttercream.


Coconut and Lime
Coconut sponge with Lime buttercream and Lime Curd filling.


Lemon and Elderflower
Lemon sponge with Elderflower buttercream and Lemon Curd filling.


Irish Cream
A Bailey's liqueur-infused sponge with Bailey's liqueur buttercream filling.


Chocolate Orange
A Chocolate sponge delicately infused with Orange & Orange zest with a ‘punchy’ Chocolate Orange Fudge filling.


White Chocolate & Raspberry
A Coconut or Vanilla sponge with White Chocolate buttercream and Raspberry jam filling.


Chocolate & Coffee
Light Chocolate sponge with a Coffee buttercream filling.

Salted Caramel
Vanilla sponge with Salted Caramel buttercream and a Caramel sauce filling.

Biscoff
A light Cinnamon sponge with Biscoff-flavoured buttercream filling.

I also do Carrot Cake and Fruit Cake.

Of course, I am always happy to try new flavours and if you have a particular flavour you would like, please ask.
